The owner has a remarkable memory and loves to engage with customers
Visited Uncorkd for the first time for my wife's birthday dinner and we both thought the food was very good. We sat in the bar area and the decor was plain looking. Service was overall pretty efficient, but the staff seemed slammed due to the street fair going on outside tonight. Biggest complaint (not the restaurants' fault) is the street parking. This section of Penn Ave is always busy when I come to West Reading. Hard to find parking anywhere near this restaurant. Overall would recommend though.
