I've been working with Liza for 4 months or so. I sought her out specifically for hypnotherapy to help me manage long-standing food related issues that have become more problematic. From the very first session I was amazed at how effective these sessions have been. Liza is amazing! I was really struggling with my anxiety and running out of options. Years of trying different medications and doctors and always had the same results.
