I started to see Liza to help me conquer my fear of public speaking. I have had about 10 sessions with her and she has changed my life. Not only has she helped me become a lot more confident as a public speaker, but that confidence has spilled over into other areas of my life. Liza has helped me with my weight loss journey, controlling my cravings along with portion controls. In the past I was successful taking off weight which become more difficult over the years and keeping it off was a struggle as I aged. The weight is slowly coming off and has been seamless.
