Liza is amazing! I was really struggling with my anxiety and running out of options. Years of trying different medications and doctors and always had the same results. I was extremely skeptical about seeing someone for hypnotherapy but after years and years of talk therapy and trying to figure things out on my own- I got to a point where it didn’t hurt to at least try. Liza used a variety of therapeutic techniques like hypnotherapy, NLP, and reiki. She fostered the healing of the body from within. Allowing the soul to point our bodies in the direction of healing from the root, she helped me access the wisdom of the body in order to reveal the unconscious. Amazing and compassionate!
Liza is absolutely amazing! She’s done for me in 4 weeks others haven’t been able to help in years. She’s very kind and compassionate and beyond capable of getting to the very root of the problem. I’ve already referred her to many friends. Looking forward to continuing on my journey with her!
