Uncommonly poor service. The package I ordered, containing Christmas gifts for my son, has still not arrived. On Dec. 10, I was informed that Dec. 17 was the estimated date of delivery. It's too late now as I won't be able to retrieve them in time for the holiday. Not only that, but there's no way to get a delivery estimate. I would advise against ordering from them unless time is of no importance to you (and unless the products ordered are highly resilient and won't break in transit, based on what I've read).

Horrible experience! Package arrived damaged b/c they didnt pack it correctly so sauce glass bottles broke and spilled all over inside. 2 items were ruined but the hours spent dealing with customer service were so bad I cancelled the entire order and returns all items. they fake ignorance over details so you better keep records of everything. Even tho they have all items, have refused to provide full refund claiming I should wait another week and call back. totally not worth it
Very uncommon policy, very unique policy I’ll say. Not much Good about this company. They’re looking to hire slaves and don’t let you have children.. they don’t care about what you have going on at home they’ll replace and remove you for the slightest hiccups. For an example, your kid and sick and in the hospital, you as a parent has to come to your child’s aid right? In this company NOPE! You’re terminated living your kid over work
The gifts are great, but their delivery service is horrible. Do not trust their delivery dates if you need something in a rush.
