I loved my year at Uncommon and had a great experience! The staff and managers are so helpful and friendly. If I ever had a problem, maintenance was quick to help out and always friendly! The inside of the apartments are so nice and I loved having the pool year round!
Such a terrible consumer based, administration company. No where in the lease agreement does it say I have to download an app and make a payment, nor does it say I have to download the app and opt out of their "rent referall credit bureau reporting". We just received an email yesterday telling us to download the app but the monthly billing is for last month and this month. This is a violation of the lease agreement that we both signed and no where in the lease agreement does it speak about this. Class action lawsuit anyone? ... read more
Horrible place. Don't move here. Roaches and flies all the time, they say they "treat for them" I saw them come in once. The yard is covered in dog poop, the gym ceiling literally fell in, all of the game room equipment either went missing or was broken. The pool was also disgusting and closed for most of the year. On top of everything the shuttle leaves at different times everyday, some days early and some days way behind schedule.
I feel bad writing this review because the staff is super nice… but this has been the worst year living in this apartment complex. The first thing I noticed when I first moved in was the horrible smell coming from the nasty trash rooms on every floor. Sometimes it would be so bad we would have to plug our noses just leaving our room and walking down the hallway. To add to that issue, there were maggots all over the hallway once. If i could give this place zero stars i would. None of the amenities are ever in full working order. The pool is constantly closed, machines in the gym are broken for months on end, there’s dog poop all over the courtyard despite their claims that they fine people who don’t pick it up, and much more. But they are quick to put up a sign warning of fines if you prop open the door, even when that particular door has been broken for MULTIPLE YEARS.
