F for customer service--online store. Do not buy their sale items without a lot of research. I recently purchased earrings that were so heavy, one would need earlobe surgery to wear. In addition the bracelets are huge and although look adjustable, they have not bendability. I complained, and they responded that these are jewelry preference issues that they will not entertain.
Love this jewelry! Can’t go wrong! It’s great quality at a great price point.
I like my bracelet but staff was so rude. Tempted to return just for that reason alone
What an experience. I have wanted to go since it opened. I live 3 hrs away. I finally made it today. I bought hard feelings, old money, and a thick gold bracelet. All the girls were so sweet, polite, and helpful. Only 1 complaint was, they were outta stock on 3 things I wanted. I'll be back for more tho. Thank you Uncommon James for a great time. FYI the perfume hard feelings is amazing.
