I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Uncommon James. I’ve been a fan of Kristin’s for a while, so I was genuinely excited to visit the store while I was in Nashville for the weekend, especially since I live in Connecticut. Unfortunately, the customer service was very underwhelming. The sales associates were mostly standing behind the cash wrap, gossiping among themselves rather than helping customers. I was so excited to finally visit Uncommon James in Nashville, and it absolutely did not disappoint! Everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely kind, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. It was so much fun to finally see the beautiful selection in person after ordering online for years. The store is gorgeous, and the customer service made my visit unforgettable. I can’t wait to come back the next time I’m in Nashville!
The product itself is great, the store is very underwhelming and not practical. If you open a drawer to look at items they get mad at you. The store only carries a small fraction of their online product. I would stick with online if you are a fan.
What a cute shop with very kind and helpful employees. I was warmly greeted and offered a water and Lexi was right there ready to assist when I finally selected a necklace from their beautiful inventory. And it came with a year warranty! I highly recommend this shop!
