We hired Jase for consulting us in setting up our Azure Palm Cafe, located in the Azure Palm Resort here in Desert Hot Springs. We could not have achieved anything without him. He and his restaurant consulting team always produce delicious recipes using local, organic and seasonal ingredients and he gives every project he is hired for 100%.
