They call themselves "The Crown" now, but it's still the same crappy place. I had issue with having the person giving the tour actually showing up both times that I tried to tour. I had to be let in by a tennant and there was still no one there to meet me after 30 minutes. Homeless people live right outside on the streets and it's near a homeless shelter. It would break my heart every day to live there.

Great location, close to all the attractions. General area of the building needs maintenances. Foot got cuts in pool area. Garbage in the parking spaces.
