The property is clean and well managed
They call themselves "The Crown" now, but it's still the same crappy place. I had issue with having the person giving the tour actually showing up both times that I tried to tour. I had to be let in by a tennant and there was still no one there to meet me after 30 minutes. Homeless people live right outside on the streets and it's near a homeless shelter. It would break my heart every day to live there.
