A complete waste of time. Like many other reviews, my experiences are very similar. Their services are unreliable, unprofessional, and just a complete waste of time. Ive been trying to get in touch to receive refills of my prescription to manage adhd. They never answer the phone, they don't respond to requests from pharmacies, they are consistently around an hour and a half to two hours late for appointments, and they just raised their prices. So far, not happy. Maybe they can improve and get a better review, but until then, I don't recommend. Update: two months later This review was only up for less than an hour before Aundrea called me from her personal phone to tell me this review was slander and accused me of abusing the staff even though I hadn't spoken to anyone. I’m honestly just losing all of my faith in medicine, especially mental health.
They never answer the phone, they don't respond to requests from pharmacies, they are consistently around an hour and a half to two hours late for appointments, and they just raised their prices. So far, not happy. Maybe they can improve and get a better review, but until then, I don't recommend.
Worst experience with a mental health practitioner. My first visit I did a swab to send out for genetic testing. Our next visit we were going to go over results. She called on my appointment date but didn’t seem to remember that we did testing. She said she would get back to me. She never did and I called and left messages for months! No one answered the phone or called back! I finally called genesight myself after months of waiting and they said they had my sample but she never put an order with it!
