Authentic mechanic who is valued by me for his service on older and new cars for me .
Tony has been my mechanic for several years now, and I cannot recommend him enough! He always goes out of his way to ensure things are done efficiently and smoothly. He does service with a smile, and always provides detailed information and recommendations on any issues with my vehicle. He fixed a long term problem with my coolant that 3 other mechanics tried and failed at, as well as often servicing my car and keeping it in good condition! Can’t ever imagine going to a different mechanic! Thanks Tony :)
No integrity, professionalism or accountability. Photos for proof. These guys were friendly in the beginning and I was happy to deal with them to begin with. I called and spoke to Amanda about getting a pre-purchase inspection on a car that already had a road worthy. It was for a car that I would not be seeing before purchasing and was having transported up to me. Popped into see Tony when replacing a battery down the road for a squeak coming from power steering . Tony advised it was the power steering pump and quoted to get a new or second hand pump plus two hours to fix which would have been minimum $1000. I mentioned at the time that it could be the belt but he insisted it was the pump. I took the car to a power steering specialist that swapped the belt in five minutes and charged $80 including labour. Glad I didn't choose to use the service on offer here.
