Went to purchase chocolates from behind their counter for a birthday gift today. I gave three stars because the chocolate is good but the customer service fails. When my husband and I walked in we were greeted by a very unfriendly older woman behind the counter . She had zero people skills and made us feel like we were an inconvenience to her. This is not the way to encourage us to come back in and pay for expensive chocolate . The service with the previous owner was so much better. Moving forward we will go to Krauses.
I swear there is nothing better than chocolate made the day you buy it. If you’ve never been here you’re missing out.

I came to them with ideas and photos for custom chocolate covered strawberries and the team FAR EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. Give this place and chance to do your custom order especially with these holidays coming up. Keep your business with a home town outfit and not a national brand. You will be absolutely blown away by their expertise and professionalism!
