Scratched the back of my car…heavy brushes are not gliding with design or curves of the car!
Very convenient, friendly staff and reasonable price
Bad customer service. I can't recommend this chain of washes due to ongoing issues I had with purchasing unlimited washes and not being allowed to use them due to faulty equipment not letting me into the wash. Customer service was useless as they never even acknowledged me the last time I had to pay for an additional wash on top of my membership due to getting stuck in the wash line.
The person working the Decatur location was not friendly at all and I didn’t get a cookie like I usually get at other locations. I only paid for the cheapest wash but I guess I got my moneys worth considering. I was just expecting a nicer person working it.
