The kindest and most helpful people! I had issues getting my fingerprints done, they were patient and helped me make sure everything was taken care of by the end. Truly amazing customer service!!
In December 2025, I was moving across country to the southwest. The manager was very helpful in explaining everything, walking me through my options, and patiently answering all of my questions for shipping my items. Appreciate that he was highly considerate of my belongings and made the experience much easier. I appreciated their professionalism, flexibility, and support throughout the process.
Kaleb was fantastic- he made a box the correct size for us solving our problems, making it a breeze to ship. I highly recommend going to their store for your needs.

Could have doubled up the stars if i could. Drove an hour from Syracuse to get documents notarized and shipped overseas by DHL. I met Caleb who was very professional and exceptionally helpful, Caleb advised me on how best to organize the documents for overseas shipment and the whole process was a breeze. I quickly realized it was worth the one hour drive. I will definitely recommend Uncle Martys Shipping Office to all my family, friends and anyone who reads this review. Great great overall experience.
