We had a great experience at this ice cream shop! Ian was absolutely amazing while serving me and my five kids. He was patient, friendly, and handled our large order with a smile. He took the time to make sure everyone got exactly what they wanted and made the experience fun for the kids. The ice cream was delicious, and the customer service was outstanding.
