When I called to see if they had availability for a state inspection, they stated they could get me in. When I got in, the customer service representative stated, "Oh, I won't be able to get that in today; I should have asked what kind of vehicle it was." So you're telling me after I went to your shop that you can't take my vehicle even though you stated you could... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.
I just stopped in for an inspection. This was the quickest and most honest service I've ever had. I was presented with a whole disclosure paper of all things included with an inspection for the first time ever. The owner also made absolutely sure I wanted to get my 2012 vehicle inspected and reinforced the standards which they pass/fail inspections. It passed and did not take very long at all. Thank you!
Uncle Leo's is the best place for car repairs. Gabe and his team are always kind, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Prices are fair and they don't make up things to make more money. I will take all my vehicles to them!
