Where do I begin. They don't answer your calls. They are non-responsive and don't do what they commit to.
We asked for twice-weekly cleaning and an extra unit as our site grew—emails and calls were ignored. Cleaning barely happened, and now a worker contracted MRSA and has been hospitalized for over a week. Completely negligent and unsafe! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
Your truck driver was operating recklessly on the Belt Parkway - honking aggressively and intimidating other drivers. In addition to the fact that commercial trucks are not permitted on this parkway, the driver was tailgating and failing to maintain a safe distance, creating a hazardous situation for everyone around. Please address this matter immediately to prevent potential accidents.
