I've raised pigs for 12+ years. Used many different processors. I had an emergency kill go to Finn's meats, who uses Uncle Jim's for their ham and bacon smoking. I started to save a belly to take in for bacon after that. This year, we wanted to take in some ground meat leftover in the freezer for some pepperoni. We took in 12.5 pounds of our ground pork, 11.5 pounds of ground beef, 1 pound of ground elk and 3 pounds of bacon that Uncle Jim's had just finished for us. Was at the ridge motor sport racetrack in Shelton and they were extremely unorganized. I ordered a hand dipped corn dog and garlic fries for $22. The garlic fries were dumped from the grease straight into the bowl without draining leaving the fries sitting in a bowl of grease. I was never told where to wait for the corn dog and finally had to ask after a while.
