I would say better to go some else than going to Uncle Jacob’s shop, they are worst lier I have ever come across. Try other shops if you really wanna see the quality and cheap price, At Uncle Jacob’s shop you are not getting those.
Unprofessional and disappointing service experience. I took my 19 Ah battery (worth around $400) to Uncle Jacob’s Shop for repair. Mr. Jacob told me that another technician (from a different shop) would fix it for $150, which I agreed to. He gave me a pickup token, but it had no written information or date on it. After the repair, I picked up the battery from Jacob’s shop, but the same problem occurred the same day. I returned it to him again, and he gave me another token for the second repair.
