Had pretzels shipped to North Carolina what an amazing job they did with packaging of a box of pretzels that arrived with not a single broken one. Great product…
I really used to enjoy these pretzels... I was excited to order online from the website for the first time. They do not do climate control shipping. My chocolate pretzels were beyond melted and dripping through the bag. They do not offer refunds or returns even though they DO NOT make it clear that chocolate items will be shipped without ice packs. Why do that?? Uncle Henry's are now my favorite pretzel. A friend introduced me to them a couple weeks ago and I was skeptical but I was immediately impressed. I grew up across the street from Hammonds in Lancaster and for decades Hammonds were my favorite hard pretzel. My wife has since ordered the big broker bags for our family. I think Hammonds are now my second favorite hard pretzel.
So disappointed. Just purchased uncle Henry's pretzels at @Landis Markets for a party. Everyone said the same thing tasted like tasteless sawdust even beer didn't kill it
