Not the same since they sold. Employees walking around on the phone or with AirPods in. No sense of greeting customers. Prices through the roof. Called last week for a delivery, was told 40-50 minutes. Called back after an hour and 20 minutes and was told my delivery was out. 30 minutes later (Total wait time now at almost 2 hours!!) nobody knew where my order was or if it was even prepared. What a mess.
Such a shame, uncle Frank was always such a great place with great owners. The new owners are serving ice cold food. Do not follow any directions you give when ordering and when you tell them, they just say sorry and hang up terrible service and cold food such a shame to see uncle Frank’s destroyed
We absolutely had a fantastic time at Uncle Frank's Pizza for our girls' night out! The ambiance was perfect for catching up and enjoying each other's company. The service was impeccable—our waitress, Maddie, was attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. We started with some salads, which were simply irresistible. PLEASE COME BACK PETE! I have come here for decades! Was my favorite pizza ! Went in today ,all pizza looked burnt! Got a slice and asked for mushroom , sliced was not really rated , cheese just laid there , mushrooms ugh ugh tasted like paper ! Brought back in asked for sauce on it , thought it would help with the paper mushrooms ! Wrong! Ice cold sauce ! Horrible new people
