Uncle Ed's on Washtenaw provides some of the best customer service around. I commute from an inner ring suburb, and if there's one business in A2 I could pick up and take home with me, it would be Uncle Ed's! Super friendly, polite staff which I so appreciate!

Customer service is awesome here! They offer healthcare workers a significant discount right now with everything going on. They don’t make you feel bad for what you decide to do with your oil change or any extras. They even did a quick fix on my wife’s hood latch so it closes properly now! Thank you guys! We will definitely be back!

for real shout out to Uncle Ed's 10/10 would recommend, and will now be the ONLY place I bring my car. being a female I'm always sketched to bring my car anywhere alone but they were so helpful, they went above and beyond I was so worried about my hood not shutting and they did everything they could to get it back down, thank you so much!
