Ok. My car broke down in Kentucky after getting an oil change at Eds. The new kid stripped the threading on the bolt, allowing it to eventually let all my oil out on the highway. Causing me to stay in hotel for 2 days, rent a car for 2 days, that lead to renting a car for a month because it had done so much damage to the engine etc. After all this inconvenience,(5k in damage/rentals) This company (Jerad head corporate) called me and took care of everything.
