RecommendedThis was my first time going here and I was very impressed. The manager on duty, Ty, was very professional and let me know everything he was doing. There was also amazing communication between each of the team members the whole time. They did an amazing job.

Customer service is awesome here! They offer healthcare workers a significant discount right now with everything going on. They don’t make you feel bad for what you decide to do with your oil change or any extras. They even did a quick fix on my wife’s hood latch so it closes properly now! Thank you guys! We will definitely be back!

Can't say enough for Sean and Jonah at Uncle Ed's in Kalamazoo on Westnedge. They came to the rescue when my engine was overheating with leaking coolant. Sean knew what to do immediately. They were both exceedingly polite and efficient. Thanks much! Your help was greatly appreciated (especially since we arrived close to closing time).
I normally like Uncle Ed's, but I was really disappointed today. I waited nearly a half-hour with no one else in line to get in and the oil change took another half-hour. After paying as much as I did on top of that, I feel like I got ripped off.
They're very thorough and always do good work but they're are not slick I'm trying to get you to spend more and more money
