Have been planning a trip with a large group to Powers Lake and we wanted to rent a boat for the day. Called Ed’s BBQ and boat rental and spoke to Ed himself. He was incredibly helpful in listening to our needs and getting us set up with the proper watercraft. Ate at Uncle Ed’s at Walworth County fair. Mac and rack was awesome and so was the chicken sandwich. Reasonably priced for the fair too. Would recommend
We rented a pontoon & paddle board from Ed while staying on Powers Lake for a week this summer. His communication was excellent throughout the reservation process, and he promptly responded to our text within 10 minutes when we wanted to rent a tube to pull for a day. He also showed us the lake (a couple shallow rocky areas) and gave thorough instructions on how to operate the pontoon. He works with his daughter, Angela, who was equally kind and friendly. It was a stress free, easy experience and we HIGHLY recommend!
