I was provided with excellent customer service! There was a very nice gentleman that made addressed all my concerns and needs regarding my food! I explained how whenever I ask for extra gravy at other locations, they get upset, and he completely understood and gave me extra gravy with no attitude! Ms. Irene Kim!! Now I know you are not telling the truth. I was actually on a call in the store when You spoke to the Young lady. You did ask for a few different prices for things yes that is true. However a customer was standing in front of her that was trying to pay for her things as you called and she asked you if you could please hold on there was a customer in front of her. On June 3rd, at approximately 7:50 PM, I called to order food for the first time. The lady who worked there was incredibly impatient when I inquired about the price difference between a medium and a large order. She then placed me on hold and never returned. This behavior was utterly rude and unacceptable.
