Love this Farm! Our family has been going to Uncle Donald's Farm for years. My mom has taken school trips with her class. If you are expecting Disney, you will be disappointed. If you are expecting a farm where you can feed chickens, go on a hay ride, milk a goat and have a picnic lunch, this is the place!
aweful If I could give it a negative star I would. They are gruffy just like the earlier review mentioned. They hate their job and are horribly rude. I will never return and I will warn others to stay away!!!!!!!
Hayride, milking goat and feeding baby goat good, but first contact customer service lacking On June 25, 2014, we took our grandchildren, ages 8 and 9, to Uncle Donald's Farm. The highlights were the hayride to feed the cows, the milking of the goat, and the bottle feeding of the baby goat. However, the experience with purchasing the tickets put a damper on it as far as I was concerned! Nice for children This is a private 40 acre organic farm outside Orlando. Every summer they open the fields up to the public to come at pick their own fruits and vegetables. They grow pretty much everything that can survive in the Florida heat. There are also eggs for sale that have been laid that morning. They offer field trips, host birthday parties and a pumpkin patch in the fall.
Clean Petting Farm If your in Lake, Marion, or Sumpter counties there is a great petting farm available. There is a great variety of rabbits, birds, farm animals available. There is a fun hayride where you can feed the llamas and bulls as they run along side the hay ride. The staff is wonderful about teaching about the animals. They have the guests assist with milking if they want and you can feed a baby goat as it runs from person to person. There are hand wash stations available so sanitation is not a concern.
