Based off of my experience with their customer service, specifically when needing to return an item, I highly recommend shopping at REI instead. Please read... I received KUHL pants as a gift from Uncle Dan's. They did not fit, but I was unable to return them within 30 days due to living out-of-state. I was honest and told the employee the situation. He simply stated what their policy was and did not even attempt to figure out how to give me store credit. The pants are still in brand new condition with all the tags perfectly... read more
