Pros: Shrimp was seasoned really well and had great flavor. Crawfish boudin balls were good and cooked well. The remoulade sauce was the best part—definitely recommend trying it. Cons: Shrimp breading wasn't very crispy and could use some work. Boudin balls needed a little more salt. Fries were soft and soggy instead of crispy. Overall, I'd come back because the flavor is there. Just a few improvements to the fried items and this place could be really good.
Best Boudin Ball's you can find if you ask me! I don't eat pasta but I ate a whole bowl of it before I drove off! The smoked wings was phenomenal. Made me wanna step my game up smoking wings. The fried shrimp will make you wanna slap somebody and the boudin links will make you crave for more. AND THE RED BEANS AND RICE! Delicious ain't the word for it all. I'll definitely go back and then back again.
Absolutely amazing food, very delicious. It's a family ran truck and they are both amazing. Very friendly. Definitely recommend this place if you ever get the chance.
