My wife and I absolutely love Uncle Chicken’s Chicken Shack!! I’ve never been a fan of collard greens, but man I can’t get enough of the ones from here!! The fried chicken is always dropped upon ordering, so you know it’s fresh! And that smoked corn?! Chefs kiss! We did try the other location and were a little disappointed that they were out of most things, but then found out they are in process of moving locations! The tiny cup of sauce was somehow saltier than straight salt. I’m glad the Coleslaw I paid for did not arrive because there’s no way I would’ve eaten it seeing the quality of the other items ordered. Unbelievable this place is still in business.
