Uncle Charlie’s came highly recommended from a friend. I’m a repeat customer having already spent thousands of dollars with Brad. Gave him several chances but this last experience was my final straw. Made an appointment a couple weeks in advance to have work done on my truck on 2/9/24. Dropped my truck off the night before (2/8/24), spoke to Brad who said he’d have a quote for me the next day. They did what they said they were going to do they did it on time and they did it at a real nice price so I think that's unusual but very nice
Great experience with Uncle Charlie’s. Needed an oil leak fixed in my Buick Encore, the man got the part ordered and delivered within 4 days after Christmas and had the new part swapped in less than 15 minutes (and didn’t charge me for that!) when he could’ve. Do not think this will be the case for you because he is a business owner, just goes to show that customer service is back in a world where theirs very little left! 5/5 stars! Located in Bromley, KY.
