Rented storage space for two years at this location. My storage space flooded and I was notified to check items by a specific date or your lock will be cut and items removed that may have mold. I followed instructions and removed damaged furniture, collectables, etc. They went back in my storage the following month and took half of my items and didn't notify me by mail until 5 months later.
