The food is good, but our pickup experience was disappointing. When we arrived to pick up our order, we were told they had forgotten to make one of our pizzas and had only just realized it. They said they just started making it only a few minutes ago, but it should have been ready along with the rest of our order. Unfortunately, the reviews mentioning incorrect or inaccurate orders turned out to be true in our experience. got an amazing, fresh pizza with generous toppings. Service was quick and pleasant.
It's decent pizza but they're inconsistent with their extra cheese, one time we'll get extra cheese the next we won't, we order from them cuz we expect better topping quality than Marco's but unfortunately that's not always the case! At least at Marco's they have discounts!
My favorite local pizza shop was sold and ever since then the food and service just hasn't been the same. So I've tried every pizza place in Elyria and this was the last one on the list. All I can say is that I have a new favorite pizza place! I got a pepperoni and mushroom pizza and was I ever impressed! Great dough, toppings were plentiful, cheese was fresh and "melty" and the sauce was perfect. My only gripe is the way they cut the pizza into squares.
