Unclaimed Baggage Center At Unclaimed Baggage Center you will find a lot of things you normally would not find at a thrift store price. I love going here on a regular basis. You never know what you will find. You definitly never know what you will find at Unclaimed Baggage. There is always something unique. Unclaimed sells items that are left and not claimed from airports. Their prices are very reasonable. You can find anything from sunglasses, to suitcases to jewelry and watches. A very unique store.
A great place to browse through. This place is great to spend an entire day in--it takes about that long to look through everything! You will find everything from books, to clothes, make-up, electronics, toys, and of course, luggage. Be careful with the prices though, they can get pretty high for things that shouldn't be priced as such. The best deals can be found in the book department, for sure. They also have very interesting and rare finds on display, such as a puppet used in the film Labyrinth.
What a dump Don't...I repeat DONT waste your time. The 4 positive reviews all have the feel of a fake post. This place is horrible. It looks like they rummaged through Good Will's dumpster for their products. In theory it seems like a great place to shop. Fliers are typically more affluent, therefore the luggage would be of good quality. Somehow they manage to sell 100% junk, and then have the nerve to overprice it! Not worth the hassle After hearing so much about the Unclaimed Baggage Center. I decided to drive 8 hours with some friends to Scottsboro AL. Boy was I really disappointed sure they have a lot of inventory but most are overfilled with old dated clothes. If you looking for clothes it might be worth the trip. Will not be back Very disapointed. At one time this was the place to go for a bargin. Not anymore. Very rude ladies working this store, I bought a skirt when I went to check out, I was told they had underpriced this Item. When I questioned the price I was told 3 different prices. Needless to say I left without the item. I was later told the cashier bought at a reduced price. Overpriced, rude employees, No customer service.
Happy I bought a NorthFace Jacket today, I saved $100. I'm thrilled.
A Scavenger Hunt for good deals My family and I have been to Unclaimed Baggage many times. This is 'stuff' that has not been picked up from airports etc. They offer the merchandise basically as is. Sometimes you find some incredible deals on exactly what you've been looking for. They have everything from sunglasses, to clothes, to luggage to toys......
Good things are a thing of the past. This is a huge let down! The prices are ridiculous. If I had wanted to buy the item at those prices, I would have saved my time and bought it new. The first impression of the place is a dump. I walked through the front door/bathroom hall and smelt pure old dung. It was naaaasty! I don't understand how the place is still in business.
