The manager was very patient when me and my kiddo were struggling with the escape room. Very nice guy! Highly recommend this place.
Outstanding experience. The staff was so nice. We ended up getting there 15mins. late (Austin traffic and rain) and we ended up getting double our time. Very nice experience that I would definitely recommend.

The owner was a little late for our res but way more than necessary made up for it! Really guided my son and his friends and gave them a bunch of free gel ball time. Way to have great customer service. We’ll be back for sure!!
We checked online to confirm they were open. Called to check the hours and the answering machine said they were open. We pull up and door is locked with no one is there. The sign on the door said if the door is locked to ring the door bell and someone will be with you shortly. There was no doorbell. We knock and knock but no one answers. We go back to the car and try calling again this time trying to speak to a representative. No one answers.
