The people at Uncharted are very personable and honest. They explain the situation with your boat very clearly in terms that you can understand. The service was done in a timely manor and the pricing is very reasonable in my opinion. You definitely won’t be sorry if you take your boat there!
The staff was amazing! We were there for a few weeks waiting for parts and we couldn't ask for better service. Kaidy is a gem and all of the guys working on the boat were knowledgeable and friendly. We are very happy with the work they did and how we were treated during our stay.
Took our new to us boat there for prop work after playing Cap'n Crunch with one of them. They procured the correct transducer and installed a new garmin for me while the props were at the prop shop. They were timely and did great work, can't recommend them enough! I would definitely take my boat there for repairs again.
They did not test the boat out after the first repair so I got stranded, then the second time they said the boat was ready, but it was not repaired yet so I got stranded so the third time they put in the new fuel pump and they did test it that time. But they charged me a credit card fee when I use my debit card, I wish they had told me so I could just do a bank draft or a check.
Very skilled staff for collector boats . Courteous , thoughtful and dedicated to quality approach . Prices seem fair for the unusual work done for my 1965 ChrisCraft and old Corvette marine engines and custom installation of new air conditioner .
