UnCharted recently completed an extensive refurbishment of our boat, a 44’ Trojan. The original 50 year old teak-over-plywood deck was removed and replaced with a fiberglass-plywood deck. This required all new substructure (ribs and stringers) of a new design, which is now more stiff and robust than the original. The anchor locker was redesigned and rebuilt, including the support structure for the forward air conditioner. Two new hatches were installed in the deck, along with a new windlass and bow pulpit. The people at Uncharted are very personable and honest. They explain the situation with your boat very clearly in terms that you can understand. The service was done in a timely manor and the pricing is very reasonable in my opinion. You definitely won’t be sorry if you take your boat there!
The staff was amazing! We were there for a few weeks waiting for parts and we couldn't ask for better service. Kaidy is a gem and all of the guys working on the boat were knowledgeable and friendly. We are very happy with the work they did and how we were treated during our stay.
