Jeff and Kurt went all out to fix an engine problem that otherwise would have required us to abort this portion of our Loop. Kurt knows outboards, diagnosed the most likely issue, and within 1.5 hours had us back at full power including a WOT test with him on board in a 95 degree Heat Advisory! Superb service, responsiveness and attention without 'over-promising'. Highly recommended by the AGLCA Grafton Harbor Host, who is an experienced ToBoatUS captain. Choose Uncharted if your boat needs service around here!

Whether you are a new boater or a seasoned boater, UnCharted is the place to go. I have a 1985 115hp Merc. in-line 6 aka (TOWER OF POWER) 2-stroke. Finding a place that would work on it and had a guy able to work on it was challenging until the day I limped my boat into the shop. Now I will never take my boat anywhere else. Got my older Evinrude 120 running much better. Service was not immediate, but on a first come first served basis, that is understandable. The staff (Jeff AND Jeff) are personable guys who seem to be honest and forthright.
