Canceled my appointment stated they did not do primary care but website states they do confusing.
Stephanie Roberts is an amazing provider. My questions and concerns were/are related to a variety of issues, and with each one, she responded with gentleness, great follow up questions, and advice on how to move forward. I used to dread visits when sensitive subject matters were approached, but don’t expect to feel that way with her as my current provider.
If you value your health, compassion, and to be shown respect I would recommend going somewhere different. There are many UNC affiliated offices, I would definitely advise seeking one of them out.
Lady at the front desk was lowkey rude as hell. Makes no sense that yall say insurance is inactive and I get on the phone in front of yall and yall still trynna make me self pay. Yall need a newer and better system have the day yall deserve fr
