As always I can’t say enough good things about Dr Nichols & his staff. He is by far the best doctor I’ve ever had, he listens to all of your concerns and explains thoroughly & genuinely cares.
So I had my routine checkup/PAP here today. Not only were they nice about scheduling me months prior. But the waiting room is very cozy. The staff are amazing. And the bonus...I LOVE Mrs. Jennifer Waters!!! I use to go to another OB/Gyno office here off Wayne Memorial. But my insurance changed so they won't see me. Go figure! I had such a good experience the first time I went today the lady at desk had an attitude because they made a mistake on my last name she proceeded to argue with me telling me I was wrong . The pharmacy I go to all the time told me they put my name in wrong . This nasty lady going to tell me she didn’t ask me was I under a different last name when I know she did. This lady need some customer service training. Even the lady at pharmacy said she was being rude. It’s a shame one bad apple
