Unimpressed. They have some kind of app or website that they make you try to communicate through. Otherwise, you can’t leave messages for your doctor or reach out to them in anyway. The people who answer the phone just tell you to go to some app. However, when you try to get information through the app or the website, the information you’re looking for, isn’t there because they didn’t put it in there. UNC leaves me feeling alone and like I’m just a car in a car wash.
I really like the doctor that I have, she’s one of the best. They do not have a “follow up” policy. It is $97 for my co-pay - for any reason. My last visit was a conversation (No exam, 10 minutes) $97. I need to schedule a follow up - to our 10 minute conversation, and they’re going to charge me $97 again. I just get tired of a no follow up policy, because the error that’s occurring is not my fault but I’m needing to pay another $97. That’s absolutely ridiculous.

There’s not a single person in this office I can say anything negative about. My concerns were always heard and my questions always answered. The on call nurse line was always timely and helpful. I had a lot of appointments with Dr. Caroline Lewis. She is an in... read more
From reception with Angie, to discussing details with Tameco, and then meeting with Gina, everything was spectacular. There was no wait time and the quality of care is beyond any other practice I've been to. Angie was very thorough and clear in her explanation of everything. Tameco is personable and respectful in the new patient interview. Gina has great bedside manners and is wonderfully personable. She is very gentle and walks you through everything she's about to do and is extraordinary at setting expectations. Gina was a... read more
