Made an appt in January for March, then March comes and they call to reschedule and I can't be seen until August. What's the point in being a drs office at all if you cant see patients?
I have used UNC women’s health in Clayton (sometimes Smithfield too) for both of my pregnancies. Both of which were complicated by preeclampsia which required weekly appointments, labs, and monitoring. All of the staff, nurses, sonographers, and doctors are wonderful. There’s not a single person in this office I can say anything negative about. My concerns were always heard and my questions always answered. The on call nurse line was always timely and helpful. From reception with Angie, to discussing details with Tameco, and then meeting with Gina, everything was spectacular. There was no wait time and the quality of care is beyond any other practice I've been to. Angie was very thorough and clear in her explanation of everything. I came here with my last pregnancy, which sadly ended in a miscarriage, and it was such an awful experience from beginning to end. I’m pregnant again and currently going to WakeMed, and I absolutely love the treatment and staff I have now. It honestly shocks me when I think about what I had to deal with at UNC Women’s Health in Clayton. The doctors were tone-deaf, rude, and always in a rush.
