I couldn’t schedule my appointment because my English is not 100% good and for medical matters I prefer to speak in Spanish. The receptionist is the rudest being I’ve ever met in this great country.
I'd never EVER go back to this dr office. I literally dislike every single dr I've seen here. I only like the front desk staff whom are very special. They're very kind and I just enjoyed talking with them every visit. The Dr's are a disgrace. They don't care about anything at all and they talk to you any kind of way. Sheree M Blankenship and her staff in Clayton answer the phone in a very rude and unprofessional way. I was referred to her for pap smear and I did not even get what I was going for. I do not recommend her or this clinic to anyone at all.
They called me 4 times in a row the other day and 2 times in a row so far today about a referral. If I didn’t answer the first 3 times and it’s not an emergency, stop harassing me.
I really like the doctor that I have, she’s one of the best. It wasn’t for her, I would move on in a heartbeat. The office staff and scheduling is a wreck. I’ve been going to UNC Health for about 10 years, this woman center for about 5 years. I dread making an appointment every time. Every single time I call, they are baffled at why I am calling.
