This review is specifically in appreciation of the people at the front desk this morning (8/25/26) at about 10 a.m. This morning I left my house for a walk. I was planning a short walk, so I didn't pre-hydrate or pack water; I usually do both for longer walks. The morning was so nice that I just kept walking. Huge facility with indoor walking track. I joined because I like walking but was always dealing with the heat and the weather outside. They have a indoor walking track on the second floor of the building that is a padded material that is comfortable to walk on. The facility is air conditioned and there are water fountains and bathrooms on the second floor, which makes it perfect for walking for long periods like I do.
To whom it may concern, I just saw in this email you mentioned about phone usage and recording. However, you must remember that you have cameras watching everyone in your facility. So, it’s unfair for you to mention phone etiquette. It’s no problem if you’re using your phone the proper way. I myself have recorded and used my phone, in which, I plan on continuing to do so and no one can stop me including you. I gave five stars because I do enjoy the gym. But try to be fair and allow people to be human.
