Broke my pinky and they told me my whole hand was broke they scheduled i see a specialist a month later. Turned out only my pinky was broke so now I have life long pain in it and it's crooked thanks to them also was stung by a bee once I'm allergic they had no Benadryl or EpiPen so they shot me up with whatever and it started hallucinating and seeing smoke...don't know what it was....years ago so I hope they have changed
The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional when my daughter called about her appointment. We've been going here for years, but needless to say she ruined that. You shouldn't have people in that position answering the phone and working with the public!
A couple years ago I went,I’m female, received an armband for some male patient, his birthday, med record #, full name, needless to say I didn’t go back however my Dtr was going to carry my grandson today, after them giving me the hours stating that they were open today, they’re closed on Valentine’s Day. Not sure why that requires an urgent care to be closed.
They closed down for the entire day because of the snow but it didn't even start snowing until 2:30pm. They could have been helping people for at least 8 hours that are going to be sick and snowed in over the weekend. This is the only urgent care Mayodan and Madison has. Thankfully, Western Rockingham Family Medicine worked me in. Shame on you.
I can’t say enough good about our experience. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. Checked in one family member, they took care of 3 of us in one visit. Remembered me by name when I called back to check on test results.
