100 % Recommend I was well taken care of. The staff was friendly, professional and addressed my needs.
So I went with my daughter, her appointment was at 9 this morning (ironically, they open at 9; how do you set an appointment for a time the business opens?!). My daughter went here for severe shoulder pain. Every time I’ve been here it’s a quick turn around. Staff is nice and caring.
I had an excellent experience here. From the moment I walked in, I felt listened to and treated with genuine kindness. The staff took my concerns seriously, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I have had difficult medical experiences in the past, and this visit didn’t trigger any of that. I left feeling safe, cared for, and respected. Highly recommend.
I had a great experience at the urgent care in Mayodan and wanted to share, especially after seeing some of the negative reviews.
