I needed a Covid, RSV and flu swab but was unable to get an appointment with my primary care provider. My provider’s recommendation of Hillsborough Urgent Care worked great. Jamie the nurse was quick, compassionate and effective. I saw Claire Ramos the P.A. after my test results came back (took approx. a half hour). Waste of money. I went this weekend with (possible) herniated disc. The 'physician talked to me for about 5 minutes and then wrote me a prescription for prednisone. No physical exam, no assessments. Hell, I could have gotten that from a teladoc appointment. I wanted some confirmation and also something for the excruciating pain. On to my PCP now I guess.
The slowest urgent care I’ve ever been to and they don’t actually honor appt times. Avoid.
Supposedly closes at 8:00 PM. I arrived at 7:41 in pain with something stuck in my left eye and was told that they were no longer receiving patients. Glad my issue wasn’t life threatening.
