I went to UNC Urgent Care at Flowers in Clayton for two weeks of ongoing gastrointestinal issues. During the visit, the provider, Kellie Cochran, NP, introduced herself as “Dr. Kelly.” I later learned from my paperwork that she is a nurse practitioner. My daughters and myself have both been seen at this Urgent Care on multiple occasions. We always schedule the appointments beforehand. Sometimes I have waited as long as two hours only to be told they would recommend the ER which is fine but today was the worst experience I have ever had w a “professional dr” in my life I went bc my primary was not able to see me until later in the week. This is the worst place I’ve ever seen took my fiancé and they were more worried about answering questions. Then taking care of her problem, had to go to the Front desk three times before she was checked in then when she got to the back, they were more worried about the questions then looking at her. We got up and walked out because nobody would come back and see her about her issue.
