We have been here 2x and both times, the receptionist almost wouldn’t see my husband because his conditions were “not severe enough” to be seen an hour before closing. 1st visit was a bee sting and he almost went into anaphylactic shock. They originally turned us away and after I made a scene she finally sent a message to the nurses in the back and of course they saw us. OMG-I went there for a UTI-at 4.00pm nurse took my sample then put me in a room at 410 at 5pm I heard nurses laughing making fun of patients- I think they forgot about me. I opened the door and asked if they could send my results to my doctor at UNC Dr Colford I was told NO confused-then a nurse -acting doctor finally came in as I was talking to my sister I ended the call she asked why I was on the phone and asked for my phone confused I showed her my phone she then said your only showing me a black screen give me your phone... read more
I have been to this urgent care several times and always receive excellent, knowledgeable care. I made an appointment the day before my visit, and was seen immediately upon arrival. If you don't want to have a long wait, make an appointment.
I’ve been two times. Both times I was seen quickly, the providers were kind and competent and the care was good.
Went on Memorial Day and they didn’t want to wait around to do what was needed for my 2 year old daughter since they closed early. They told me to just go to my piedatrican this week or a place that was 40 mins away. Wish they would of either of just closed all day or just told me not to come rather than wake my daughter up, pay a co pay, and get no answers. You could tell they just didn’t want to be bothered.
