The way one of the front staff associate chose to handle a child appointment cancellation was unprofessional. There were no voice messages, text, or in company app messages to be seen and made aware ahead of time. My child has been a patient with the same insurance there since she was a few months old and now that she is 1. Was told I was covered for several services that were not covered and for which I was billed several hundred dollars. The therapist who prescribed these devices stopped using the company who provides these devices, claiming that she did not know this would happen, yet she still claimed on my medical records that not keeping up with the therapy she prescribed made me a noncompliant patient, rather than admit on record that SHE MESSED UP. She screwed with my medical records to cover her own a$$. This is far from the only incid... read more
