My husband had an appointment with Dr. Cleaner at 9:40. We arrived at 9:43 and stood at the reception desk to be checked in. The receptionist's name was Leah. She was on the phone until 9:49. She looked at us an apologized for keeping us waiting and asked for our name. After she asked for our name she said oh you are 10 minutes late let me see if the Doctor will still see you.
