If I could give zero stars stars I would the nursing staff and check- in front desk was great but speaking to there registration staff was nothing but a unnecessary ordeal due to them being rude condescending and truly just lack professionalism and the wait time is unbelievable wouldn’t send my enemy there
The kindest nurses and staff work here. Long wait time but that’s to be expected. The nurses were all caring and supportive.
I know ER’s aren’t made for oral pain in general. But if you’re experiencing severe oral pain and can’t get into a dentist, don’t go here. By any means. Dr Shah will dig in your mouth and disregard pain and not take you seriously. Won’t even bring you to a room for privacy! Would have left one star if possible but the nurses are always good. Cheers.
3 months after moving to Eden, my bf went to E.R.. Abdml pain vomiting. They actually listened, and didn't dismiss his explanation of his symptoms.. He was on the O.R. table within 5 hours of arrival having bowel resection surgery... Likely saving his life. 28 day admit. I don't what they WERE , but UNC Rockingham gets an A+ in my book!:
