They tried to place me in a room with an ajoining bathroom to be shared with a man I do not know. Then the moved me to a private room that it's bed was broken, that positions would not lower or raise.which caused me to have pain in my back and hips and for my heart to stress and have more chest pains and breathing problems while I have pneumonia. If I could give zero stars stars I would the nursing staff and check- in front desk was great but speaking to there registration staff was nothing but a unnecessary ordeal due to them being rude condescending and truly just lack professionalism and the wait time is unbelievable wouldn’t send my enemy there

The kindest nurses and staff work here. Long wait time but that’s to be expected. The nurses were all caring and supportive.

I know ER’s aren’t made for oral pain in general. But if you’re experiencing severe oral pain and can’t get into a dentist, don’t go here. By any means. Dr Shah will dig in your mouth and disregard pain and not take you seriously. Won’t even bring you to a room for privacy! Would have left one star if possible but the nurses are always good. Cheers.
