In 2018 I had shoulder surgery and had my PT at this location with Theresa. It was so awesome, and easy to get in and out that when I had my other shoulder operated on this year I knew exactly where I was going - back to Theresa at Rex in Garner. Having a great PT person is like finding a hairdresser or doctor....you will go where they go. I enjoy the staff there and even with COVID everyone is trying to be bright and cheery. Keep up the Rex-cellent work folks!
Sigh. Why do all my bad reviews go to medical facilities? It's almost like the US healthcare system is improperly incentivized for healthcare providers to take care of patients.. Dunno. Anyway: Seven times. That's the number of calls that were placed here without response. Prior to this, they had called ONCE and it was missed. Their listed hours of operations are 8AM to 5PM. Their voicemail states the best time to call is before 2PM. Calls were made at 8:30, 9:30, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30, 12:30, 1:30. Every single call was left ... read more
Good luck getting the receptionist to answer the phone. I called this morning and my call was in the next one in line for 30 minutes. REALLY . Never got through.-hung up... Very poor customer service!!!!!!!
