“Be careful where you’re getting your healthcare from” - what my case manager (from a major, national health insurance company) said to me after she got off the phone with Dr. Boles’ office. While a patient, I experienced a lack of honesty and a lack of compassion from not only Dr. Boles, but his nurse as well. A horrible experience during a difficult time, but I did transition to a much better Oncologist and am so glad I did.
