People were very nice and interested in you. Dr Louk was very good as always!
My new pt appt with Lorri Finch, PA was amazing back in 2020. She took her time to listen & demonstrated to be very empathetic to my concerns regarding very painful menstrual cycles. I opted to get on birth control blindly without being well informed about what the process would actually consist of. Dr. Louk placed the IUD in Sept of 2020 with no pain meds/sedation whatsoever even though I showed to be in excruciating pain & discomfort. The staff is wonderful. They help you out any way that they possibly can.And the doctor 's are the problem.If one it's sure they will bounce the question on the other. When they give you a call back they will have a solution to the problem.
I'll never in my life of this was the last practice on earth come to this office AGAIN! The woman of color at check in is absolutely rude and inconsiderate. I was looking for a new doctor in the area and was told lorri finch was good but I doubt it if the front desk staff is like that. Will not recommend!!!! Poor excuse of a practice.
