I love the people in this office. From check-in to check-out; from the techs to Doug. Everyone is incredibly nice, kind and just great folks. What keeps this only 4 star is the wait time. Good Lord you guys are worth it, but your scheduling needs an overhaul. You are literally wearing your staff out. It doesn't show in their demeanor because they are professional, but I know worn out when I see it. As a health care worker myself, I know it. Quit overscheduling.
